Some boats come in early if needed.
You should be close by on-shore while they are sailing
Cadets are expected to help haul the boats up to the yard, wash
them down and put them away.
Cadets must shower afterwards either at the club or at home.
If they have not sailed before they will need to attend a session
ashore first
We supply the boats but you can bring your own.
You will need some equipment we may have some you can borrow - ask
first! To find out what you need look at the clothing section on the
main page.
We do not train to pass RYA dinghy exams but we use the same best
practices and some of those sailing are RYA Instructors and Assistant
instructors as well as some really experienced sailors who have not
taken exams.
The idea is to have fun and be safe.
We put safety boats in the water for the entire time..
We need to know your name, address, phone number, date of birth,
experience and email address.
