What do I needs to wear?

The sea is cold and wet, the sun is hot, the The sea is cold and wet, the sun is hot, the wind is dry or wet, The rain is invariably wet and you may be on a dry boat or a wet boat, and sailing is fun - really!

Tricky huh? Especially if its the first time.

You can spend a fortune on the right gear or just get the basics. either way keep it simple for starters. We may have some spare bouyancy aids so ask well before if you haven't got one.

On the right is a list of what you will need and below this what is optional and a good idea if you do it seriously.
